Talentia Skills is an excellence program aimed at developing students' cross-cutting skills, guiding them throughout their academic journey, and connecting them with companies and key sectors in the Basque Country. Students are selected by the three Basque universities during their first year of undergraduate studies.

The session focused on the professional development opportunities offered by the Basque energy sector. During the event, the Energy Cluster and Ormazabal aimed to bring the reality of the value chain's business landscape closer to the more than 60 young talents in attendance.
The Basque Energy Cluster provided an overview of the sector's activities within the framework of the energy transition, highlighting trends, future prospects, and the skills most in demand by companies. It also emphasized the importance of technological innovation and internationalization as key factors in the competitiveness and strength of Basque companies operating in the energy sector.

The session also served to introduce and promote the Basque Energy Cluster's Talent Pool, an online platform aimed at STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) candidates and professionals interested in participating in recruitment processes within the Basque energy sector. This tool, provided by the Basque Energy Cluster, is available to its more than 200 member companies to support them in finding the best-suited profiles for each job opening. These companies include energy operators, equipment and component manufacturers, engineering firms, digital technology companies, research centers, and more.
