This webinar was organised in collaboration with the Basque Hydrogen Corridor and took place on 19 January In this webinar, the Basque Energy Cluster presented the types of projects and activities eligible for funding under the call for proposals, and highlighted key aspects; and consultancy firm Deloitte explained the document requirements to submit applications. A total of five agents from the Basque Science, Technology and Innovation Network (RVCTI) had the opportunity to present their capabilities and technological offer to support companies in the presentation of proposals that include technological development.
José Ignacio Hormaeche, Managing Director of the Basque Energy Cluster, opened the session by welcoming and thanking the attendees, who belonged to the Basque Energy Cluster and the Basque Hydrogen Corridor, as well as other associations with which the Basque Energy Cluster collaborates on decarbonisation, such as the members of the DCARTECH Alliance (Aclima, AFV, ClusterPapel and Siderex) and Acicae, for their participation.
José Ignacio then presented the general characteristics of the call: the classification of the primary projects, eligible expenses depending on the type of project, maximum aid, etc. He also highlighted the opportunity to include in the applications primary industrial research and experimental development projects in technologies that are included in the decarbonisation roadmap of the main installation.
Alberto Díaz, Manager at Deloitte, then explained in more detail the requirements to submit applications, both documents and emission reduction requirements, and offered guidance and recommendations regarding the documents to be submitted in order to facilitate the process for companies.
After this first block, Tecnalia, Ceit, DeustoTech, Lortek and CIC Energigune, as agents of the RVCTI, presented their capabilities and offered to support companies when they present technological proposals.
The webinar ended with a Q&A session that both the Basque Energy Cluster and Deloitte answered, and they now remain available to attendees in case they have any further questions.
