The greatest challenge in wind power is fostering off-shore generation (or in other words, at sea). A series of Basque companies interested in this field have joined forces under the Offshore Wind Energy Basque Country brand, backed by the Basque Energy Cluster and the Basque Maritime Forum, in order to strengthen its position in international markets.
